To be timely and cordial when interacting with clients about commissions.
Right to decline any type of works that I the artist does not want to work on.
Contact clients via individually or via my journals/post on my social sites if there are any delays in works.
No client is to use artwork for commercial usage, unless stated otherwise in agreement with the artist before hand.
Issue refund back within a timely manner.
I, the artist retain all copyrighted rights to my artwork. To display and use as she please such as in prints, sticker ect ect. I will not use client characters for "shop" images.
TURNAROUND TIME: It can take up to 2 months for completion depending on the complexity of the commission itself. I have until the two month mark to decided to refund client or continue working on the commission.
WARNING: You bugged me about commissions and it has not been 2 weeks. I will instant refund you.

Clients can re-post the artwork given to them on their own sites as long there is proper crediting to I the artist.
Ask for refund and stop with the artist at anytime. **check rules of refund relating to this**
Clients may ask where they are on my queue list to have a better understanding when I will start work on the commission. Not when I, the artist going to start work, I cannot give a definitive answer to that question. Please give it 2 weeks before asking me if I started. Majority of the time the artwork is completed before two weeks time span but in the off chance I don't complete by 2 weeks it will be done before 2 months.
More than welcome to request WIPs(work in progress). Please state this for me so I know to send WIPs or not.

Work In Progress will only be sent via email.
WIPs will only be provided for these types works: Reference sheets, colored illustration, and anything that is not a sketch.
There is no edits on sketches or Wing-it type commissions
Edits on Commissions: Client gets one edit after the artwork is completed. Any further edits will be subjected to a $10 fee.
Edits on Reference Sheets: Client gets up to two edits after the artwork is completed. Any further edits will be subjected to $5-10 fee depending on the complexity.

Guidelines On How Refunds Work

100% Refund: I, the artist has not started the commission at all and I or client cancel project before it is started. I will offer client refund option after 2 months of me not completing work.
50% Refund: I, the artist has started the work between sketch to line phases of the work.
25% Refund: I, the artist has completed up to flat coloring.

Any persons who purchase any adopt from me has 100% rights to the character.
Do not sell for more than you purchased for unless the character is accompanied by extra artwork. Then adjust for pricing.
Do not re-sell character before one month of ownership. After that the person can.
Do not edit the design to the point it not recognizable. You may change eye, hair and other small detail colors/style if desire. You may add accessories, piercings, body damages ect ect to the character.
Just credit me on the original design reference sheet. Nothing further than that I request of Purchaser.

Do not give out the original file to any persons who has not purchased the file themselves.
Do not remove my signatures off my bases.
PROPERLY CREDIT ME: By linking back to my galleries always!
Do not "double charge" on bases. This means, do not charge for an feature that is included with the base. Example: Charge a fee for flat color and then charge a fee for shaded version.
You may charge for edits done by yourself. Adjust pricing accordingly for your own work.
Base owners are allowed to use the bases for commissions type works, such as YCHs, adopts, gifts for friends/family.
Any persons caught violating these rules risk being fully blacklisted from ever purchasing my bases again.

I take payment first before starting any type of works.

I currently use Paypal only
Payments must be "Goods/Services" with "No address needed". DO NOT send payments as "Family/Friends"
Only put in your "site" name in the notes, nothing else.
If chargeback occurs, that said person will be forever blacklisted from ever purchasing anything from me, including commissions works, adopts, bases, or anything I have in a shop.
